Courtney Liddell, MPA
Courtney is a dedicated educator with a Graduate Medical Education background and has overseen ACGME residency and ACGME and TMB fellowship programs. With a passion for creative writing and a deep belief in the power of storytelling, she has had her poetry published and continues to explore writing as both a personal and pedagogical tool. She is passionate about creating inclusive and positive learning environments and brings a unique perspective rooted in empathy, structure, and real-world mentorship. In her GME role, she implemented a “Wellness Wednesday” initiative to promote consistent, proactive engagement with trainee wellbeing, reflecting her core belief that learning thrives when students feel supported, heard, and empowered. Whether working with future physicians or writing students, she strives to open doors, foster confidence, and help individuals connect knowledge with purpose.
